Average at best. Phone system never works - Or that’s what they say anyways. Call, call, call - leave messages, no call returns. Nobody greeting at the car drop/se Phone system never works - Or that’s what they say anyways. Call, call, call - leave messages, no call returns. Nobody greeting at the car drop/service center/had to wait around for 5 minutes. Mileage written on service sticker has ZERO to do with my vehicle. As in, I brought it in for service at appx. 7000 miles, and the sticker that is placed to assist in reminding a vehicle owner to bring back the vehicle at a certain recommended mileage was filled in with 5010 miles. OK? It seems pretty obvious to me that the Owner of Wayne Akers hasn’t invested well enough in their H/R to get the dealership to a point where they have a positive presence and make Ford customers feel welcome and wanting to own a Ford. My experience (although still not stellar) at Toyota’s dealerships to be much better. Get it together Wayne. More
