Service is not good. I had a three o'clock appointment only to find out that the serviceman who I had the appointment with was on lunch. They could not find anybody to h I had a three o'clock appointment only to find out that the serviceman who I had the appointment with was on lunch. They could not find anybody to help me (I was just getting an oil change) so I was speaking to what was the service manager and asked him if he could help me, and he flat out said no, as he sat at his desk and was calling for someone to help me. Finally a man named Steve, who is very nice, did help me. Why Ben went on lunch break at 3 o'clock? When he knew I was coming is beyond me and why the service manager could not help me is beyond me. If you are managing, you should be there to help when needed.And he was not only unhelpful, but not very kind about it either. It took steve about five minutes to do what little paperwork was needed period I feel the manager at that point should have stepped in and not made me await for someone who went on lunch when they had an appointment. More
