My 2019 Ford Expedition was at Wayne Akers Ford from 8/1/2022 until 01/21/2023, after 6 months of back and forth, demand letters, and more than $2,500 of paid for repairs and other moneys on legal fee 8/1/2022 until 01/21/2023, after 6 months of back and forth, demand letters, and more than $2,500 of paid for repairs and other moneys on legal fees, I walked out of the dealer with a defective vehicle, they did repaired the original issue, but they ended up causing another issue that was not happening before the repairs that Wayne Akers performed to my vehicle, the solution " you need a new transmission" that was not informed to me a the very beginning when I took my vehicle to the dealer, they are not giving me a clear diagnosis, they just tell me that is a "recommendation" , they blame the mileage on the vehicle that they sale and manufacture. They saying that they try to help me with this problem, but I have to pay more money besides all the money that I already spent for repairing a transmission that base on their recommendation it needs to be replaced. I make 6 months of monthly payments and insurance for a vehicle that I was not able to used because I am concerned for the noise coming from the transmission. That noise started happening after Wayne Akers Ford service dpt work on it. The vehicle can be drive, but is not recommended, I also have records, that my vehicle was driven over 100 miles, while was in possession of the dealer, I am clear that it was not driven for testing or diagnosis. What happen here is unethical, abusive and unfair, since I got that vehicle, I have taking to this dealer, I had have 7 different for vehicle, at this moment I have 2 Expedition, event if the want to put the blame on the mileage, my 2008 Expedition has 250k miles, no transmission problem. I will continue telling everybody about what happen to me at Wayne Akers Ford. More
