Took almost 3 hours to patch a tire. They took my car somewhere and then Steve walked away from me and went on lunch for an hour an 15 min and never communicated with me or let me know t They took my car somewhere and then Steve walked away from me and went on lunch for an hour an 15 min and never communicated with me or let me know that he was taking lunch. I tried to talk to other dispatchers just to see if I could get an update and they were unhelpful and said I would have to wait for Steve. They hadn’t even looked at my car 2 hours later when he came back from lunch. Then it only took them 30 minutes to do the actual repair. I appreciated the speed at which they did the repair but I continued to let Steve know that I was missing work and would just have liked some updates on how long it would take. Three hours with no communication seems crazy. I would have gone to a different tire shop, which I suppose is why no one told me what was going on. More
