Service help was great but after getting home I found my washer fluid was empty and oil dripping from the drain plug which blew oil all over the bottom of my truck. I had to crawl under the truck myself and washer fluid was empty and oil dripping from the drain plug which blew oil all over the bottom of my truck. I had to crawl under the truck myself and clean it plus tighten the bolt. I also filled my own wiper fluid tank at home which I paid to have done during a works oil change. To add to my issues when I was told my truckk was ready I found that the porter who returned my truck to me had ran into the curb and it transferred yellow paint all on the sidewalk of my tires which didn’t look to be rotated which was also included in my services. I am a very loyal customer to this dealership but not sure if I will be retuning for any kind of work or new purchase in the future. More

Made appointment to have recall service performed on my 2025 Explorer. Had the car at the dealership about 7:05AM on the scheduled morning and was disappointed when the work wasn't completed by the end of 2025 Explorer. Had the car at the dealership about 7:05AM on the scheduled morning and was disappointed when the work wasn't completed by the end of day. Received a call first thing the next morning and was told the tech didn't get the paperwork in on time, which caused the delay. I sure would have appreciated getting the car back on day one, as it is our only source of transportation. Darlene, our service person was very pleasant and cannot fault her for the delay.
