I currently have an appointment to make sure that my car was not damaged after getting a simple oil change. I will keep my info private until after my next visit as you are keeping this from the public to save face. I didn't have that opportunity when I had to lay down on the side of the road as cars drove by to fix my car.

I am not looking for a battle but at the top of this page it clearly states that the review will not be posted until 1/24/2022 until you have a chance to respond to the problem. I do not know what public forum this correspondence is on but there really is no fixing the past. There is only making sure this doesn't happen to other customers.

So you had me come into the shop today just to tell me that it’s not your responsibility and that that was your response all along. You wasted my time, caused me to be late to work for nothing. Your dealership needs to work on its customer service. I surely won’t miss an opportunity to let everyone know what kind of service to expect at Wayne Akers and recommend strongly that they go elsewhere.
