The young girl that help me with my appointment and when I need it for the car was wonderful I made an appointment at 10:15 I was there for an hour and 45 minutes I mentioned to her that I had a very bad ba I need it for the car was wonderful I made an appointment at 10:15 I was there for an hour and 45 minutes I mentioned to her that I had a very bad back so I was in a lot of pain. Made an appointment and once there they couldn't find it. Took 2 weeks for an oil change a dot inspection then they didn't have a certified dot person had to find someone else to do it. Then the fluids were not filled and when I pointed it out they said they couldn't fill it cause it's coolant and might overflow mean while it's marking low. The wi dshield fluid was filled after pointing it out they took it back and they put water. Two whole weeks for just a simple service. More
