The customer service was the worst! I called several times left voicemails with a return phone number to get a hold of me yet as well as an email never received any call back. I finally I called several times left voicemails with a return phone number to get a hold of me yet as well as an email never received any call back. I finally drove up there to see why nobody turning my phone calls as well as emailing me. They already started to work on the car when I only drop it off for a diagnostic. Then one of the managers was so rude and got in my face I finally defended myself and I got in trouble for the incident and trespassed. none of the cameras work on the property whatsoever so I wasn’t able to validate or defend my case. Do not go here! They are horrible!!! More

I did not realize how good your guys were until you fix my 2020 Transit that was rejected by one dealership, and was not even accepted by another. The van was down for over three months, and my business wa my 2020 Transit that was rejected by one dealership, and was not even accepted by another. The van was down for over three months, and my business was suffering. then you took it and told me that I need a new engine, but not too worry. . then you call me 45 days later to pick it up, and I ask: ' how much I owed', and you said " nothing" it was all covered.
