I made a 7:30 am appointment to Have an oil change and tire rotation on 3/14/22 and as I’m washing my 2015 Ford F-150 I see that 2 of my lug nuts are barely on . As I call to let them know they can’t f tire rotation on 3/14/22 and as I’m washing my 2015 Ford F-150 I see that 2 of my lug nuts are barely on . As I call to let them know they can’t find me in their system as I have been there for over 10 years I gave them all of my information AGAIN on 3/14 and today when I called they still can’t find me in their system.
