I was very disappointed with the service. There was lack of professionalism, very poor communication and overpriced service. The service center had a very tense vibe, my realtor (Gio) looked like he had a very bad morning. He was very unfriendly and bothered. Our communication stopped He stopped Friday afternoon (when we declined additional service). I was ready for his response and getting my car out, but he never responded. He was not responding me on Saturday, neither Monday. I had to come to the service to find out where is my car! He told me that he wasn’t working Saturday (why wouldn’t he let us to pick the car on Friday since it was ready?) When I asked him, he was very defensive about it. I don’t understand how people can use Wane Akers ford services, since the people working there hate their job and act like we, customers, are bothering them. I still paid lots of money for your service, but next time, I’ll rather take it elsewhere. If this wasn’t for another recall, I wouldn’t come to Ford dealership at all! More
