Went in to get my tire repaired/changed. I left and a few minutes down the road my truck starts shaking and wobbling. Took it back and was told it was never balanced. A couple days later my I left and a few minutes down the road my truck starts shaking and wobbling. Took it back and was told it was never balanced. A couple days later my truck is wobbling again and it sounds like when you have a flat tire. Went to Midas and was shown lugnuts that were never tightened as I could turn them with my fingers easily and a tire that wasn't fully/properly mounted so it was falling off. The tire was able to put pulled off by hand by Midas due to it not being on correctly. Called Wayne Akers for the service department manager a couple times that day to inform them of this dangerous situation and no one answered. It's been a couple weeks or so now and no one has cares enough about the situation I have been put in to call or dang, to just say, sorry. I wanted to like here and I really wanted this to be my permanent mechanic but I can't put myself in another situation that could potentially harm me and my child who travels everywhere with me. More

So far this year with service it has been good. I have an 11 year old car so it has some issues. I've needed repairs and had great service. A new service advisor Eric took over for my previous o I have an 11 year old car so it has some issues. I've needed repairs and had great service. A new service advisor Eric took over for my previous one and got my car diagnosed and fixed within a day. Not cheap but fixed!! Happy with that. More
