The Gentleman that took care of me showed no customer service skills, He did not introduce himself when he approached me, there was no greeting or anything. He walked up to me inside of my vehicle and d service skills, He did not introduce himself when he approached me, there was no greeting or anything. He walked up to me inside of my vehicle and dated to me “ You can have a seating in the lobby area, leave your keys on the dashboard” and walked away. Service Advisor Yovonne was excellent. Cannot say the same for the service tech. They only put in 6 qt of oil when my truck required 8. Did not pressure my tires as stated on the door lab Cannot say the same for the service tech. They only put in 6 qt of oil when my truck required 8. Did not pressure my tires as stated on the door label. Had to go back the next day to have corrected. Yovonne personally made sure everything was corrected. Got me in in out in 30 minutes or less More

When FORD motor company left me high and dry with a recall, the guys at Wayne Ackers really added to their already loaded day to try to help me. FORD stayed MIA.
