The Gentleman that took care of me showed no customer service skills, He did not introduce himself when he approached me, there was no greeting or anything. Service Advisor Yovonne was excellent. Cannot say the same for the service tech. They only put in 6 qt of oil when my truck required 8. Did not pressure my tires as stated on the door lab Cannot say the same for the service tech. They only put in 6 qt of oil when my truck required 8. When FORD motor company left me high and dry with a recall, the guys at Wayne Ackers really added to their already loaded day to try to help me. FORD stayed MIA.
