On April 2, 2024 I took my Edge into Wayne Akers Ford. I had an appointment for that day and I was greeted by Steve. I told him the problem I was having with the car. He listened to me, asked me for more information about my problem and if there was anything else there could do for me. This was a pleasant surprise since normally other deal ships just want you in and get out ASAP. So I told Steve that I would be leaving the car for two days with him so no rush and he cheerfully said if I can get it finished sooner I will call you. So that afternoon Steve called to tell me me car is ready and if I want I could pick it up today or tomorrow. I went to pick it up the next day, meet with Steve. He reviewed what happened and how they fixed the problem. Since it was under warranty it was No Charge. I drove away a happy camper. But now as I write this review and thinking about my interaction with the dealership and Steve it was a great experience. I’m sorry I can’t give them a 10, I’m sorry I can’t give them 100.
