Had to bring my car in on 3 separate appointments to address the same issue because all the parts were not ordered the first time I brought it in. Was impossible to get in touch with a rep or service ma address the same issue because all the parts were not ordered the first time I brought it in. Was impossible to get in touch with a rep or service manager after more than 10 attempted phone calls on separate days. There was no follow up to my voice messages. Horrible experience. More
