Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or return calls once once the operator passed me along. I finally had to go to dealership to find out about my car that was towed in since I couldn’t get anyone on t once once the operator passed me along. I didn’t like the way I was treated by the service manager, Carl, as he talked to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about because I was a woman. I had recall work done that failed and long story short he wanted me to pay the diagnostic fee because he claimed it was workmanship that caused the recall failure. I’m sorry but this is a ford issue whether the bolt failed or it was workmanship. It should be a ford internal issue not the customers to pay. Luckily for the situation that after I voiced my displeasure he waved the fee. I think he was really mad at my dealership Weikert Ford in Lake Wales because I called them and after they didn’t like the answers they were getting- the Service Manager. Dana, made arrangements to tow my car to them and they would take care of it. More
