Service tech took my vehicle off the property without permission and proceeded to do 90 mph on the highway. (I received a notification through LoJack informing me the truck had exceeded 90mph) The only r permission and proceeded to do 90 mph on the highway. (I received a notification through LoJack informing me the truck had exceeded 90mph) The only reason my truck was there was to check a smell in the air vents that was noticeable when the vehicle was started, to reprogram a key and to check a speaker. There was no reason my vehicle should have left the property let alone committed a felony (exceeding the speed limit at such high speeds). The vehicle was also returned on 13 miles until empty due to the little joy ride. The smell in the air vents is still present, nothing was done to fix it. I will never bring my vehicle to Wayne Akers again and will advise friends/family to stay away as well. Extremely disappointing since we purchased our $100k+ truck there and are looking to purchase the new Bronco Raptor…. More
