It was time to schedule my 2024 Ford Bronco Sports first service. I used the Ford Pass app to schedule the appointment which is very easy to use. I highly recommend it. The day of my appointment came, and I arrived at Wayne Akers Ford about 20 minutes early,, and they took my truck right in. I went to the waiting room to read the paper, and 20 minutes later my service writer came up and said my car was ready. This was the quickest service I've received. The dealership service department is clean and well lit. The personnel are friendly and very informative when it comes to your vehicles service needs. More

The agent was hard to get a hold of sometimes. Mine my switch in my RV dash was supposed to be fixed. It only works when I brought it in. I’m frustrated with dealers.
