After leasing or buying 12 ford/Lincoln cars over the years this was the worst experience ever. They will not resolve my issue and will not return emails or messages through their website. When I first contacted them about a lease I was immediately contacted. It's funny how that works. Hopefully ford headquarters will step in. Oh and if you are leasing from here realize that the money they tell you that is due at signing does not include the first months payment which in my experience it always does. More
A month or a little more ago I changed the oil and according to them they rotated the tires. I went back to change the transmission oil again and now they tell me I need to change the tires. Because the day they rotated it they didn't tell me anything, I don't know if they rotated it or not, since from what I understand the wear on the tires could be due to shock absorbers and the front ones are good but the rear ones are not. Lack communication skills . Wrong color was ordered for my mirror cap .When my car was at the dealership for a strut remount and mirror replacement; pictures should have been taken then .How was this such a mix up? So they sent someone out to my property to take pictures. I'm waiting and waiting for someone to come so i call the dealership to tell them I have to leave and go on with my day.To my surprise I was told someone had already come out to my property and taken pictures and left. This was done all without my knowledge; needless to say I was extremely upset. But, the 2nd time around however I was given a call that someone was coming and would be on my property and the correct color mirror cap was delivered. The person also came to my door and asked me to sign a document allowing him to touch my property. Ironically this was done after he had already touched my property but since I had already been alerted that he was there it was fine. My cap is replaced finally after a long journey . I'm seriously rethinking my next car purchase NOT being a Ford. More
