Dealership took great care of me when they made the mistake of telling me that my vehicle would be picked up at 8:15, when they actually had me scheduled later. The transmission went on my car at 27,000 miles. I was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for them to look at it because I didn't have an appointment. After speaking with the manager they looked at the car after it sat there for a week again telling me I didn't have an appointment. I never thought the transmission would go. How was I supposed to make an appointment? So I am out$1000.00 on a warranty issue. I have called Michelle 4 times about a wheel that was supposed to be fixed while it was there and she hasn't called me back. So they don't take care of there costumers. More

Not only was I made aware of my needs but was immediately taken care of like they were just waiting for me to but these fine folks are on their game. Michelle and her team of service wizards are great. I didn’t even have time to finish my coffee before my technician was there handing me my keys. I did have enough time to stop by sales and get ready for my next lease. Speed and efficiency doesn’t always coincide with quality customer service, but it does at Wayne Ford. More
