I had an appointment at 10. They got back to me at 3pm only to tell me they need another 6 hours to find "exactly" where the problem is. When I asked about my car at 1:30 the lady gave me an attitude that I selected drop off as the reason that they didn't look at it at the scheduled time. I had to pay 190 for diagnosis that doesn't tell me exactly the issue. More

Service was good. I did wait all morning for an oil change and for someone to listen to a rattle I’ve been having for a few months now. I still have this rattle which is very disappointing for a flagship vehicle with under 20k miles. More
I asked techs to please call me before performing any work but they went ahead and performed the work without confirming with me. ... them of course, i could not pick up my car unless i paid them. Additionally, i asked them to please check the touch screen display since it was buggy (i.e. freezes, becomes unresponsive) and they said all they could do was reset it ( i could have done that too) dont need a tech for that.
