Worst experience ever. Dealer had car for 2 days to take care of a facfory defect and did not offer a loaner vehicle. They said ford does not reimburse them unless I bought truck there. Wayne Ford is my new home for car maintenance and service. I’ve been to other Fords, and none of them were as attentive and accommodating.
