John seemed like a fairly good guy, and the price of the new car that they were offering was pretty good, but they completely lowballed me on the value of my trade-in. Are you kidding me? 90,000 miles is only a $1000 difference in your "book"? The Kelley Blue Book difference between the car with 10,000 miles and the car with 100,000 miles is over $5000. More

I requested an eprice on 2 2013 Elantras. The price was 16,100 and 16,200. I was with my dad and Jim failed to introduce himself to either of us. We sat down and Jim asked what I was interested in. I showed him the two eprice quotes that Arielle sent me earlier in the day. Despite the fact that the make, model, color scheme and package preference was all on the quote Jim asked what I wanted. Once I told him, Jim walked over to the main sales desk where he spent some time talking to the lead salesman. When he returned he very briefly discussed the added fees, took my license and contact information and asked if I wanted the monthly pricing and then asked if we would like to see the car. Once outside I'm wandered around as if he didn't know where the car was. He then brought us to a car, but with the wrong color scheme. I told Jim that the price quote was for a car with grey interior. Jim rudely informed me that he was unsure that he had that car and told me that he may not have the other car that I received an eprice for. My dad then agreed that what they had to offer was not what we were looking for and would be leaving. Once Jim heard this he became very defensive. He took none of the blame for blindly leading us out to the lot and insisted that the lack of communication is normal and refused to hand me back the eprice quite that I had given him and cursed at my dad what he requested that my personal information be discarded of once inside. At the end of our disappointing evening at the dealership we had to call the Wayne police department to ensure that my personal information was discarded of. This happened after my dad was again cursed at by the other salesmen inside. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this dealer or their sister Mazda dealer to anyone. More

After my car accident, I was in desperate need of a car but had a strict budget. When I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by Angelo, who was extremely nice, NOT pushy, listened to my needs, and set me up with Chris Quillio. Chris was super knowledgeable about the entire line of Hyundai models, NOT pushy, attentive, and the nicest car salesman I've ever met. He guided me towards my ultimate decision to purchase a used vehicle at a great price that could not be found anywhere else. I felt comfortable and taken care of, which is something I have never experienced at a dealership, especially as a woman. I was so happy with my experience I brought my fiance in the next day and he leased a car from them as well. Chris even helped us through a sticky insurance issue, with no problem at all. My mom was so impressed she will be buying a car from Chris in April, and I know they have customers for life from me and my fiance. Thank you Chris and Angelo! More

When we knew we wanted the car we went through all the motions pretty painlessly- the color that we wanted wasn't there that day but he was able to quickly locate the car at their nearby lot and had it brought to the dealership the next morning. Originally I was going for a lease, but we crunched the numbers and the next day decided to switch to a purchase. It wasn't a problem at all. We also came in with an offer from Chase Bank which, to my surprise, the dealership beat by 2%. Came out knowing I Got a great deal on a great car that will hopefully last be a very long time!
