When we knew we wanted the car we went through all the motions pretty painlessly- the color that we wanted wasn't there that day but he was able to quickly locate the car at their nearby lot and had it brought to the dealership the next morning. Originally I was going for a lease, but we crunched the numbers and the next day decided to switch to a purchase. It wasn't a problem at all. We also came in with an offer from Chase Bank which, to my surprise, the dealership beat by 2%. Came out knowing I Got a great deal on a great car that will hopefully last be a very long time! I would not recommend buying a car from here, especially used. I found a car online and called to make sure that it was still there and that there may be some negotiating room on the price since the car I l used. I then went in to look at a car and it seemed ok at first, although they had the model mislabeled (it was actually 1 model below what they had it listed as). Then we started talking about the price, and the salesman immediately raised the price from what was posted on the online advertisement. He said that the car had almost $2,000 in repairs and that would be added on to the price. When he came back with a final number, it was over $3,000 more than the price listed online. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership and will never consider buying a car here again. More
