I have been waiting for the 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe to come out for years. When it finalls came out I searched around my area for a dealership that would help me. The dealership closest to my area was not come out for years. When it finalls came out I searched around my area for a dealership that would help me. The dealership closest to my area was not very willing to help me find the car. I took the search into my own hands and found Wayne Automall Hyundai. I called and spoke with Nari who was very friendly. She gave me an internet price, which was the best price I had gotten from four different dealerships! I went down to see the car the next day and put a deposit on the car. The people at this car dealership are so friendly, and they are always asking if you would like some water. Obviously every car salesman wants to make a sale, but Whitman Hillier actually cared for my interest and wanted to help me get the very best deal. I am so happy that I chose to buy from this dealership, and I also got a small gift from my salesman for purchasing from him! I probably couldn't be any happier with my new car, and I'm so glad I bought it from this dealership! More

Tom was very warm and friendly. My car and $3000 was put down on a car that Im sure the dealership knew I couldn't get. They told me to take this car home on a Saturday and come back on Monday to finish financing paperwork. They gave me the run around for a week before telling me I was not able to get the car I had then they tried to put me in another car I didnt like. When I told them I dint like the car I just wanted my deposit back, I had to wait 7 to 10 days for the cash and a couple of days for the trade in. I told them to call me when they have my deposit and I will return the car. They came and towed the car from my home and now is refusing to refund my deposit. More
