Previously leased 2 cars there. Last year went back to purchase after confirming on phone with the manager that the inventory I saw online was available. He check Vin number for me and confirmed color and 6 similar are also available as they just received inventory yesterday. So we set an appt and I spend half an hour driving there and he gives me a salesman that says there's only 1 left. I told him the manager confirmed my color and model and the salesman goes on the computer and says (aka lies) "oh that one was just sold today' and tries to sell me a different car. Unbelievable. Never using them again. More

Service is NOT to be trusted. Claimed alignment needed with no proof - took it to a real dealer and their machine output clearly showed one was not needed. They then on another visit said it would take X hours for a job (meaning they would be charging me X labor $s per hour and instead job they hide from me was done in 1/4 of the time. They are not to be trusted - go to another dealer or avoid Mazda. More
