After two disheartening experiences at other Mazda dealerships in the area, my mom and I went to Wayne Mazda. Stephen introduced us to James who took the time to help us find a CX-5 that included all of the features we were looking for. After selecting a vehicle, Shawn M. helped us reserve it seamlessly. While waiting for the vehicle to arrive, James was available and willing to answer all questions we had about the vehicle and when we could expect it to arrive. The week of the arrival, James contacted us to schedule an appointment to actually see the CX-5 we would be purchasing. A team member, whose name I don't remember, helped me set up the MyMazda app on my phone and walked me through the various features of the CX-5. Mike in financing made the process of paying for the vehicle incredibly seamless and patiently answered all of the financing questions we had. Overall, this was a wonderful experience! This is the second vehicle I have purchased with James as my sales rep. I would have used him the other 2 times (4th Mazda from this dealer) but he was on PTO the days I went in.
