Worse dealership in my 20+ years experience of buying new cars. I even don't know where to start: Car wasn't detailed inside and was dirty ( I did not see it at time of delivery because car was presented to cars. I even don't know where to start: Car wasn't detailed inside and was dirty ( I did not see it at time of delivery because car was presented to us outside in evening when it was dark) Water repellent plugs in undercarriage of the car weren't installed and where on the floor of the car Car was filled up with regular gas (permitted by manufacture) instead of recommended premium (car drives way better on premium) Dealer charged $400+Tax for windows etching (I did ask not to do it) but when I get home I realize that even I was charged and provided with certificate etching wasn't done. (Dealer refund money later after hours on the phone). If you bough your car from them and was charged those fees - please check your cars and ask for refund) Finance department (Mike Zeidan) use different rates and terms from finance discussed before claiming only small difference in payment, but when take in calculation 64 month you will overpay $273 in finance charges. Finance department also offering you multiple optional products telling you cheaper price compare to what they put in contract if you agree (I decline all optional products) After multiple phone calls (hours of my time) General Manager agree to refund most of the extra charges (It took over a month to receive a check) they did not offered any compensation for ruined experience of new car purchase and hours spend on the phone More
