Dealership has excessive fees, excessive add ons, did not pay attention to us and then called a sales manager that was rude. We told the salesman William Nova that we were information gathering. We took a pay attention to us and then called a sales manager that was rude. We told the salesman William Nova that we were information gathering. We took a test drive, and my wife liked the vehicle. They quoted 5k over sticker. added 798 in aftermarkets that nobody wants. They would only budge on the one protection thing at 399 but would not remove the rip off 399 window etching. He argued with me that it would give us a discount on our insurance when we had already asked our insurance. We also told him we would have to wait for our insurance check from a vehicle settlement. When we went to to leave he asked us to wait. I told my wife we should leave, he is just going to get the sales manager. Manager comes over, and after talking with us gets annoyed and says, well if you don't have the money today what are you even doing here as he slams his shoulders, crosses his arms and looks at us. I went home and looked at their EZ buy site and was able to get a quote with no market adjustment but still had all of their addons. From home I went on their EZ buy website and got quoted MSRP but still 699 doc and add etching. We went to another dealer. No add ons, 175 doc fee and under MSRP. $1500 less, zero headaches, zero BS, zero attitude. More
