I had 3 email and phone conversations with different sales people, Alexa, Linda and Jason, about the car I was interested in that I found on TrueCar. Was assured that this car was available for me to se sales people, Alexa, Linda and Jason, about the car I was interested in that I found on TrueCar. Was assured that this car was available for me to see. When I came to the dealership, I was assigned to see Chris. Then I was told that the car was not there. Went back and forth about where it was. Jason came out and tried to say that we taldd on fees asked about different cars which wasn't true. After a half our of this, I got up and threatened to walk out, they then found the car -it was being driven by the manager. I said OK, can I see it? After another half hour, Chris drove me to see the car 10 minutes away at another facility. My appointment was at 10:30 and I finally saw the car at 12:15. Miserable experience. The car has 3,000 miles but they refused to adjust price to reflect this. I could keep going with bad experiences but I wanted the car and this was the only one around with the features I wanted. Add on fees are ridiculous. I wanted a roof rack added which they said was no problem. Turns out, this can't be done for 2 months. They should have known this and informed me of that. This capped off an already bad experience. At the end, Chris gave me written instructions how to write a review and give him and the dealership 5 star reviews for an enjoyable and stress free process. That alone is a reason not to give 5 stars. More
