Went to price out a 2022 Mazda3 Hatch and nothing but lies and deceit is what I got. Dealer said their "reasonable" markup of $800 was better than other dealers, but thinks I didn't notice they upped lies and deceit is what I got. Dealer said their "reasonable" markup of $800 was better than other dealers, but thinks I didn't notice they upped the sales price on the paperwork from $26,300 to $29,400. $800? More like $3,900. Oh, not to mention the $400 of VIN Etching (on a car that didn't have any Etching) and $400 of "appearance package" that neither the salesman nor manager could explain what it was. Paying for air? The cream of the crop though was when I was told I "needed" to give them a dollar amount to put down for their financing even though I wanted to talk only in full price of the car. For giggles, I told them $15k on this $30k priced-out car. They came back with a $442 monthly payment on a 48 month loan. PEOPLE, THAT IS A 40% INTEREST RATE LOAN. FOURTY. PERCENT. Criminal. Crooks. Disgusting. Never EVER consider buying from Wayne Mazda unless you go through the paperwork with a fine tooth comb and throw all the ticks in the trash that this stealership keeps putting there. More
