Let me start with the positives of my experience at Wayne Mazda. Ash who was my sales guy was FANTASTIC! Super friendly, helpful, and customer service driven. That being said... Here is why I am giving this Mazda. Ash who was my sales guy was FANTASTIC! Super friendly, helpful, and customer service driven. That being said... Here is why I am giving this place a 1 star and Ash is the only reason why I didn't give it 0-stars. The will not accept a down payment greater than $2,500 on a credit card OR Debit card. If you want to put more down then you have to bring cash or a check. If you don't bring either cash or a check with you, they will drive to your home after you leave the lot to come and pick up the payment that way. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON GAS AND TOLLS WHEN THEY ARE PROVIDING A SERVICE TO YOU! Let them spend their money on gas and tolls to save $10 by not allowing a credit or debit card swipe. My husband and I bought another Mazda car 1 month ago at Mazda of Lodi where this issue didn't exist. Additionally, the finance guy was incredibly nasty and cold with a bit of a short temper. Questions I asked were met with the attitude of what I perceived to be "why are you asking me questions, just sign the papers". Overall I cannot give my car sales guy ASH high enough praise because he was the only person who salvaged my experience. That being said though, my partner and I will not return to this dealership when it comes time to purchase a new Mazda vehicle. More
