EVEYTIME I visite Wayne Mazda..I have a very bad experience...and feel Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied with the service, with a CX9-2020 , 3 times trying to conduct and oil change on my car a experience...and feel Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied with the service, with a CX9-2020 , 3 times trying to conduct and oil change on my car and th3 service due. The 1st time had to wait 1.5hr. The second time no appointments available, the 3rd time ..never done😑horrible experience, service manager, and staff ! After being a driver for many years Lexus!..trying a new relationship bad idea!!)
