While I originally purchased my 2017 CX5 (certified pre owned) at another Mazda dealership in NJ, the sales team and management turned my first Mazda purchase into a bad one. Since my car was ready for an oil change I decided to call Mazda of Wayne. The young lady, Jamie who answered the phone was friendly and upbeat. I knew immediately I made the right choice. So I pulled into the service center and people were waiting to take the car. They greeted me immediately, opened my door, wiped down my interior before entering (due to covid cleanliness) EXCELLENT service from the get go! Even a free car wash with every service! Can't beat that. I know I'll be a Mazda customer for life. It's the nicest riding vehicle, super comfortable, great handling etc. (Touring model) and pretty great looking inside and out.
