On Saturday (11/28/20) I visited Wayne Mazda for a routine oil change for my 2018 CX-5. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I took a stroll in their showroom to check out the 2021 CX-5 and I saw routine oil change for my 2018 CX-5. I went over and said hi to him and we got to talking. A short while later, I left the dealership in my 4th Mazda! Working with Steve is honestly a breeze. This was the first time I did the process from start to finish without anyone with me and Steve was amazing answering my questions every step of the way. When I finished with finance he helped me with transferring my stuff from my old car to my new one and helped me set up my remote start and my apple car play. After spending two months going through the nonsense of trying to buy a car from a NY dealer I made the trek to NJ. I received nothing but professionalism and courtesy from James and Wayne Mazda which was trying to buy a car from a NY dealer I made the trek to NJ. I received nothing but professionalism and courtesy from James and Wayne Mazda which was quite unlike my NY experience (being flashed heavy amounts of cleavage, pushed to trims or models I had no interest in or being told I cannot test drive a $24K car before I buy it). My car buying experience was easy and breezy at Wayne Mazda and within a weeks time I drove away with a 2021 Mazda 6 sport, my first car. So far I'm really enjoying the car. It handles real well, is quiet and accelerate and brakes very well. My only gripe so far is I wish I could turn off the radio instead of muting it, but that's really minor.
