When we arrived we were assigned a sales person who showed us the car. After a quick test drive Manny worked out details and we discussed options for our purchase. He was patient and explained every financial detail. After discussing (in private)we made our purchase right then and there. We were also satisfied with the attention to safety with respect to Covid-19 they took. That was a main concern at the time. We drove our beautiful new car home later that afternoon. Thanks Manny! Last week, it became time for me to finally continue the search for a car. I knew that Mazda in Wayne had a great reputation and I was hoping to walk out with a deal that I’d be happy with. He was incredibly kind and patient with us. I felt that he truly had our best interest in mind. He worked towards helping us work out numbers that agreed with our budget. He was incredibly knowledgeable of all the Mazda cars and really showed us that we picked the perfect car. James was fantastic! A word to any recently graduated or younger adults, start ways to build credit as soon as you can, it will help you in the long run - especially when leasing or buying a car. I’d definitely recommend that you run over to see James at Wayne Mazda when you are in the market. More

He helped me in determining if leasing or financing was going to be best for me financially. He was very knowledgeable on picking the best lease options for me. ALL my questions were answered, and I had alot about monthly payments. And once again his patience too was amazing. To make it all happen was okayed by the sales manager Jon. James Vrindten the best salesman!! I just purchased a lease from Wayne Mazda I have to say my salesman was the absolute best!! James Vrindten is a saint we both got put through the ringer thanks to covid lease from Wayne Mazda I have to say my salesman was the absolute best!! James Vrindten is a saint we both got put through the ringer thanks to covid I originally went in for a 2020 Mazda CX-9 after my sister in February purchased a lease using James as well and she loved him!! I must say she wasn’t lying James went above and beyond for me As did all people who came into contact with me during the negotiating phase and final signing phase. A little Bout my story I went during Memorial Day weekend to get a lease on 2020 cx9 sadly it fell victim to covid 19 not having stock of the beautiful deep crystal blue which is the sexiest color so I asked James to please call me when it came in James emailed me and kept me updated every week multiple times a day on what was going on and when it was coming in which was awesome that personal service and feeling extra special on this deal went a long way with me that James gave me so when it finally came in James was off the next day when James got in he sent me an email telling me the car came in and was sold the day he was off I was absolutely crushed because that was the last one they were getting in 2020 version so I took that as it just wasn’t meant to be. Little did I know it was a blessing in disguise. James asked would I be interested in a 2021 model and I said I don’t know I would have to see it he explained to me there was a lot more features on the 2021 model so again I told him call or email me ASAP when it comes in but I figured he would forget about me but he didn’t to my surprise he emailed me on Thursday 9-24-20 to tell me it had just came in to run up to the dealership before it was sold I told James I don’t get out of work till 730 and I could go up there after it’s 20 mins from where I live he said they close at 8 but he would stay for me till I got up there so I could see it and decide if I wanted it. He kept his word I arrived up there 7:55 I felt so bad keeping him working late but he assured me he didn’t mind and Wayne Mazda cares about their customers that they are not just a number to them and he was right I saw the car and it was beautiful we went Right in to discuss the price and see if we could lock down a deal I told him what my absolute max was and I couldn’t go a penny over that he went right to the downstairs finance department and we waited for. About 15 mins due to them being busy selling cars so James came back and I told him that number was to high so he went back and out came the finance manager out me very nice gentleman and he asked me how serious I was about signing the paperwork right then and there so I explained to him if the numbers work I would sign right then and there so he said ok and went back to run the numbers more to make it fit in my number that I needed he came back out with a number and it wasn’t far off from my number so he asked me what my max number was so I told him mind you I was also getting tire and rim protection he asked me if I wanted the 5-1 insurance package and he explained what it covered and I said yes that would be great so we finally agreed on the numbers and it was smooth and seamless They asked if I wanted to take the car that night and I could have but I didn’t want to keep them any longer so I told them let’s do all the paperwork and get the deposit sorted out so I could pick up my car the next day so we did all that next day came and I went back up after work and my car was all detailed and ready for me to go I just had to go upstairs to the finance room to sign the remaining paperwork I had a woman that her named started with the letter N I believe it was nadla she was just as amazing as James we discussed everything and she explained again all the warranties and signed the paper work she was amazing went above and beyond for me took her time and was so nice couldn’t ask for any better I have already recommend James Vrindten 4 times I will be back thank you James Vrindten your the best!!!! You went above and beyond and have earned myself and my business for life!! It was a very pleasant experience! I will continue to recommend you to everyone that asks where they should buy a car and who they should get as their salesmen!! Wayne Mazda is amazing and go above and beyond for their customers as does James Vrindten!!!!! More
