I had developed Horrible Experience with Wayne Mazda If you want to be treated as just another mark, by all means, do business with these guys. I had developed a good relationship with one of the salesman who was transparent and friendly. He took the time and effort to track down the model that I wanted which I guess was hard to find (it took a couple of weeks). The salesman texted me in the morning when the car arrived, and I told him I could be there in the afternoon since I was at work. Well guess what? They sold the car to someone else. I was literally 2 miles away from the dealership when I got a text from the salesman. I then called and spoke to one of the sales managers who was rude, defensive, dismissive, unapologetic, and unsympathetic. I have to admit that I lost it, but I was so angry. Here I was, a serious buyer which my salesman knew at this point, feeling good that I was about to buy a new car, and they couldn’t hold the darn thing for an hour. I will never do business with Wayne Mazda, they seem to care only about the sale, not the person/customer behind the sale. Buyer beware. More

Great experience. Recommended by a buddy and wasn't at all disappointed. Staff was pleasant and the dealership was clean and tidy.
