Online engagement was prompt and got us setup for an in person visit to dealership. Dealership was organized, clean and welcoming. We came to an agreement, got pre-approved and were promised the car to be ready that upcoming week. The car was ready as promised and we returned to finalize the transaction. Upon pickup, the car looked beautiful, Navid spent the time to run us through all the technology and interesting features. The the finance person Nalda most efficiently took us through the paperwork. A few weeks ago, we were shopping for a new vehicle as the lease on our Honda CRV was expiring soon. We stopped at 7 different dealers, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda, Chevy among them. The next day we were on Rt 23 and passed Wayne Mazda and we thought that maybe we should give them a try. So, on our way back from our errand, we stopped in. It was the beginning of an extremely pleasurable experience. We looked at one model, then another. We then went into the showroom and we approached a sales rep, Joe Evans, who immediately welcomed us. We explained our situation and he proceeded to explain what they had, the different features and offered us a test drive. We didn't have time then but promised to come back. Joe was very congenial and not pushy which was a welcome change. We returned about 10 days later to do a deal, not expecting to drive out with a new CX5. Joe Evans and his manager, Mo, were very helpful and professional and worked with us every step of the way. Upon completion of the deal, we met with Ali Firozvi, the F&L manager, who finalized all the paperwork and offered other options available to make our Mazda experience even better, all in a very professional manner. A few minutes later we were driving off in a new CX5. I am so glad that we decided to make that stop as our total experience was beyond our expectations. Thank you to Joe, Mo, Ali and Jason too who assisted in setting up our appointment with Joe Evans. I would definitely recommend Wayne Mazda and it's A+ staff. More
