James was the first car dealer that made me feel excited about buying a car (and I've bought six in the past 20 years from other dealers and never had a good experience like I did at Wayne Mazda!). The dealership is large and open, clean, well stocked with beverages and snacks, and has a very positive and upbeat vibe. Even the music was cheery but not blasting (some dealers felt like I was in a club!). Everyone made me feel welcome and wanted from the moment I entered. James is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He made me feel empowered to make the decision to buy my first Mazda (after a lifetime of another car company beginning with an 'H'), and I am a convert! James made the entire process seamless and fast. I felt like royalty: every thought and need I had was addressed and taken care of. I spoke with the manager (Mo) who treated me respectfully and fairly, and worked to get me a terrific deal (and on my trade in as well). Nalda was patient and calm in walking us through the financing, and making sure we had all our paperwork. James took his time getting me comfortably set up in my new Mazda CX-5, and explained every detail (answered all my silly questions!). Every car dealership should be modeled after Wayne Mazda. Every dealer should be taught the art of the trade by James, and every dealership manager should learn the manners and attitude that Mo had. I am recommending Wayne Mazda and James to everyone I know. I can't wait to go back and get my oil changes here! And I am looking forward to returning when it's time for my husband's new car! (Even if you don't need a car, you seriously should go here and get one from James!) More
