Annoyed My negative review stems from being played. Wayne Mazda is 1 hour from me so I made sure to confirm the price out the door before traveling there. After the test drive, I told them I would buy the car but then found out that the price online for the certified pre-owned car did not include the CPO piece, which was an additional $1,000. This, after confirming otherwise. The pain continued as the saleman kept us for an extended period to confirm pricing with a supervisor. At one point, he asked for a credit or Costco card to show that we were serious. I gave 2 stars because they were nice as they misled. More

Nick was wonderful to work with! He knew a lot about the SUV I was buying. The overall sales department was slow, but this was not Nick’s fault. The first day, I spent 4 hours there.
