"Great Service" This is our second car purchased with Stephen Zagoric. Our first experience was in 2016 whereas, the entire process felt unpressured and comfortable. Steve makes you feel like a family member, he goes over and above to accommodate you. Steve answers all your questions and if he doesn't have the answer, he will tell you up front and then get it for you. The deal we reached this year was agreed upon quickly without all the back and forth you experience with other dealership. We've always had good experiences with Wayne Mazda and Steve. We will be back again! More

He gave us all the information about the vehicle & took us for a Test Ride, all long making sure we paid attention to the features. He worked with us in the pricing and got as good deal close to what we wanted and not making the negotiation a painful process. After we finished purchased he again walked us through and helped in setting up a some of the features like car play, navigation systems etc., he was great in the entire buying process. Also it is not complete without mentioning Nalda in finance office who was very pleasant, professional got through the paper work efficiently and got us out with car and Brisen from internet sales dept helped in giving the initial info and setting up time for visit, test drive & followups. Thank you all ...Overall a good experience , I hope my experience will be the same with Service Dept now that i have my car. More
