I recently turned in a Honda Civic after a 3-year lease to the Wayne Maz My overall my experience of this dealership was disappointing and misleading. I recently turned in a Honda Civic after a 3-year lease to the Wayne Mazda dealership, in exchange to finance a Mazda CX-5. The salesman, Stone Aguirre, and sales manager, Harold Vargas, both confirmed that my lease would be “paid off in-full and clear of any charges”, which would be reflected in my down payment and new monthly payments going forward. After agreeing to the terms, purchasing the Mazda CX-5 and signing my Honda lease over to Mazda, I received an invoice from Honda a few weeks later for a “Lease Termination” fee... I contacted Wayne Mazda, specifically the sales members that worked with me, to have this invoice addressed. They basically told me I’m responsible for this fee and that it was not in our agreement. My father, who also witnessed the transaction, and I have tried explaining to these salesmen that I only agreed to purchase the Mazda if my lease was completely “taken care of” to Honda. They also told me that I would receive every document that I signed with them via flash drive, which is still lacking information based on what has been disclosed initially. Somehow, there is no document or proof showing that I even turned in a leased Honda Civic to this dealership. My new Mazda itself is great, but this dealership is deceitful. For sake of adding a “review” I give this dealership 1 star and nothing more. I am still pursuing Mazda to have this balance paid to Honda... More
Great Buying Experience I had previously gone to Wayne Mazda to lease a vehicle 3 years ago with a different salesperson. The sales process of that past visit and the subsequ I had previously gone to Wayne Mazda to lease a vehicle 3 years ago with a different salesperson. The sales process of that past visit and the subsequent visits to Mazda for service were somewhat disappointing and other issues with the car itself made me cautious about leasing another vehicle through the dealership. When we went back to Mazda we began talking to Kevin about my experience and the possibility of leasing another vehicle through Wayne Mazda. Kevin was attentive, engaging, and was eager to help me get the car that I wanted. Kevin worked with us to get the best possible deal that was close to our price point and let us know what it would take from our end to reach the number we were looking for and within only a few hours I had the keys to my new car and was ready to drive it off the lot. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking to purchase a car from Wayne Mazda and he would be my first choice when I will purchase new cars in the future. A big thanks to Kevin for making this car buying experience easy, non-stressful and successful. More

They lied to me to get me to get the extra insurance which is a monthly bill I'll have to pay for the duration of my lease. It's criminal. I'll never buy a car here again. More
