They'll lie to you to get more money monthly Bought a new car a few months ago. With additional gap insurance to protect my windshield and now that my windshield is cracked they refer to fine pri Bought a new car a few months ago. With additional gap insurance to protect my windshield and now that my windshield is cracked they refer to fine print as the reason they will not cover it. They lied to me to get me to get the extra insurance which is a monthly bill I'll have to pay for the duration of my lease. It's criminal. I'll never buy a car here again. More

Management Diversity training is needed I purchased a new car from this dealership yesterday and I want to emphasize the salesperson and the finance manager were great and the process went v I purchased a new car from this dealership yesterday and I want to emphasize the salesperson and the finance manager were great and the process went very smoothly. However, After the signing of the contract and on my way back to pick up the keys and drive away with my new car the finance manager introduced me to the dealership manager. I was standing there with my husband and after congratulating me for the purchase of the new car he asked "who is this car for?" and I replied "me" and he immediately looked at my husband and replied " I guess you will be getting the bill." I replied immediately "no that would be me as well" and my husband replied "I'm just the eye candy" If I had not already spent hours there and my very diligent salesperson and finance manager had not already done their hard work, I would have walked out of the dealership and taken my business somewhere else. This is 2019 and it should NEVER be assumed that a woman is financially beholden to her husband. More

He immediately put us at ease with his no-pressure, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable personality. He knew the answer to every question we asked without hesitation. It was like we were dealing with a relative instead of a salesperson. We went into the dealership with no intention to buy that evening and we walked out very happy with a signed contract. William came in the next day to meet us on his day off to deliver the car to us personally. This is the second car we've purchased from Wayne Mazda in 4 years. We traded in our 4 year old Mazda 3 towards our new 2019 Mazda CX-5 and after a week we love the car even more! I can't recommend William Werzen and Wayne Mazda enough! More
