I was greeted by Nick Bacchus, a very professional and pleasant salesperson. Initially I came with the question if Mazda was even within our budget since my husband and I are both now retired. Nick addressed my concerns in a way that encouraged me to return with my husband to test drive and review options. Several visits and hours later I drove my CX 5 from the showroom, a very happy customer. Nick could not have been any more accommodating and patient. I would give Nick and Wayne Mazda 5+ stars. They work hard for you to have the right experience I had been shopping around for a while, both via email and phone. After other dealerships, I didn't have high expectations but was astonished by the l I had been shopping around for a while, both via email and phone. After other dealerships, I didn't have high expectations but was astonished by the listening, responsiveness, and attention I received at Wayne Mazda and especially by Joseph Rosario. I had driven the CX-9 and thought I knew everything I wanted, but Joe listened and made some great recommendations, both for the car and how to purchase it. He waited for me IN A SNOWSTORM, and then suggested we take the CX-9 out in the storm for another test drive! That was the right call, the car did great, and Joe sealed the deal in explaining it all to me. We went inside and with only a couple rounds of back and forth with the Sales Manager the deal was done and I got the best car I wanted for within $5 of what I wanted to lease it for. It was a totally refreshing enjoyable experience from start to finish. My only issue to note came from one of the Sales Managers. Do NOT pay the $399 Window Etch Fee. That is not legally required. It's an overpriced dealer fee for some theft insurance program they have. More

We saved this dealership for last because we already own a Mazda and figured we'd just end up back there for the CX 5 anyway. We were right! As far as quality of vehicle and bang for our buck the CX5 was head and shoulders above the competition. Plus it looks Great! As far as Customer service I cannot say enough about the staff here Especially Joseph Rosario. Unlike every single other Salesperson at every dealership we visited, Mr. Rosario was not at all pushy, made real efforts not forced ones, to truly connect with my wife and I and understand Exactly what we wanted and needed. As well as our budget and requirements for a new car. He took the time and got to now us so well that the very first model of the 2019 CX 5 he showed us we walked away with that exact same one within an hour. If you are looking for a new car and want to be treated like a real human, with respect and genuine interest go see Mr. Rosario and I guarantee it will be an experience like you've never had in a car dealership. My wife and I felt like we not only got an amazing deal on an incredible new vehicle but also made a friend in Mr. Rosario.
