Originally Steve Zagoric called us to let us know the Mazda CX-5 we inquired about online had sold earlier that day, however we told him what we were looking for and our situation, and he was more than willing to go above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted. His customer service was fantastic, negotiating everything and completing most paperwork over the phone so the process at the dealership was quick and straightforward. He even got the exact 2018 CX-5 I wanted with both interior colors I preferred from another dealership at no cost, just because they didn’t have one in stock. Even after we purchased the car and left, Steve reached out several times checking that everything was okay and that I had a pleasant experience. One of the best car buying experience I recently purchased a CX-5 from Wayne Mazda and it was one of the best car buying experience I had (based on my 20+ car buying experiences in the pas I recently purchased a CX-5 from Wayne Mazda and it was one of the best car buying experience I had (based on my 20+ car buying experiences in the past). Upon arrival at the dealership, my daughter and I were greeted by Diana, our internet sales contact. She introduced us to Manny Navarro. Manny was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. He made us feel like family. Since my daughter and I had already done our research about the car and knew exactly what she wanted, I requested Manny to expedite the process by not involving back and forth visits to the manager and he respected my wish. Many was not at all pushy. We discussed the numbers and in a very short time agreed to the value of my trade-in and the price of new car. During the whole process, Many was not at all pushy. Great guy to deal with. While we were signing the paperwork, Manny had the car cleaned up and prepared for delivery. We noticed a couple of nicks and scratches on the car (due to really tight spaces in the parking of the dealership). Manny had them buffed and voila….my daughter drove away in her new car. If anyone is in market for a Mazda, I highly recommend Wayne Mazda, especially Manny. More
