Awful experience I leased car from this dealership and it was OK experience. But today when I went with my friend to make another deal it was such disappointment. Seles manager Shawn Memetow acted with such attitudes that made us very disappointed. We were trying to make deal and asked for $10 of the price. He told us that he will check and walked back to speak to someone. When he came back he threw paper on the table and said: "deal is off, you see what happens when you ask for more ". We were stunt. After this I spoke with Seles manager Louis Stinger and did not get better service. Outcome is that we are going to return our lease once is done and never go back to Mazda Wayne. And it will be less likely that we are going to recommend that place to any of our friends. More

I came into your dealership because I h I wanted to write you to let you know that your employee, Jose, went above and beyond the call of duty today. I came into your dealership because I had a problem with my key fob. It wouldn't work anymore and I was not sure if it was defective or not, and honestly, felt a little embarrassed to ask because, to me, it sounded like a stupid question. When I told him that, Jose responded that "there is never a stupid question", which put me totally at ease. He was extremely cordial, very nice and very professional in fixing my key fob. It was the battery that was bad. He then escorted me to my car to see if it worked, which it did. As we were talking, he noticed that I had a new Iphone and asked if I liked it. I told him that I did but didn't know how to synch it up to my car. Without me asking him, he took it upon himself to do it for me, which I was very grateful for. I've never been treated as kind, respected or as caring at a car dealership as Jose treated me today. He is an asset to your dealership and someone who needs to be recognized for that. More

I would not have known they were there until I drove to the dealership if someone else (another dealer) suggested I go back and read the "fine print". While Technically it was "all there"...I consider this shady if technically not incorrect. More
