Great experience! I went to Wayne Mazda to test drive a CX-5 as I was considering ending my prior lease with another make. I was greeted by Jenna Loiacono who took me I went to Wayne Mazda to test drive a CX-5 as I was considering ending my prior lease with another make. I was greeted by Jenna Loiacono who took me on a fun test drive and I was really impressed with the car. We came back to the dealership and chatted a bit and she introduced me to Daniel Ogando who reviewed numbers with me. Jenna and Daniel were such a pleasure to deal with and were able to lower my lease payment and get me into a great car. I then worked with Mike Musaev in completing the financial side of it and he was also a pleasure to deal with. It's been years, almost 20 actually, since I found myself at a car dealership where I felt that the staff not only wanted to make time for me but also found them to be genuinely friendly and caring. What a difference from the rushed experiences I've had in the past. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Mazda. Jenna was absolutely fantastic to deal with and the experience was only made better by Daniel and Mike. Wonderful dealership and I look forward to a long relationship with them in the future. More

Lies and misrepresentation Don't even think about doing business with this dealership, you’ll regret it, guaranteed! I asked for a quote online and the next day, a girl called Don't even think about doing business with this dealership, you’ll regret it, guaranteed! I asked for a quote online and the next day, a girl called me and assured me that they are the largest dealership in the nation, they have the largest choice and could beat any quote I could possibly get. I told her which car I was interested in leasing, the model, color, trim and she assured me that they had what I wanted. I live in Brooklyn and had to take a subway then bus to go to Wayne. We agreed that I will call before I leave to make sure that they still have what I wanted since it takes 4 hours with the bus. The sales manager told me on the phone that morning that I could make the trip, the car is available. When I arrived that Saturday, after a long bus ride, she told me that they didn't have the color I wanted but they have another color. I was so upset and asked them to do me at least the favor of driving me to the bus so I could get home. The manager arrived and assured me that we’ll find a solution and they will pay for a cab from Wayne to Brooklyn. Next lie, I had to pay myself and fight for a refund. We agreed that they will find the color I want and they will deliver the car to me at my home address the following Tuesday. On Monday the salesman calls me to tell me that he doesn't feel comfortable driving the car to Brooklyn, but if I want to come myself to Wayne to pickup the car Tuesday evening, they will pay for a cab. I refused for 2 reasons: first I didn't want to pickup the car in a dark parking lot since I wanted to check it for scratches in the day time and second because I knew that I would have to pay myself for the cab again , and they are not quick at all with refunding the money. We agreed that the salesman would bring the car to my address Wednesday morning, and bring me also the refund for the cab and a set of all-weather mats which were part of our deal. He said OK, third lie. He arrived with the car, no check and no mats. I was ready to cancel the deal but he agreed to go to an ATM and bring me the money and give me an IOU for the mats. I checked the car, signed and he took a cab back to Wayne. After a week I called for the mats, he told me that they were in back order and I will have to wait until approximately middle of January. The IOU is only valid 30 days and they want me to wait 90 days for the mats. I told him that I couldn't wait until we get snow and mud, I will buy the mats elsewhere if they want to send me a check. Mazda is selling the mats for $125 but if I bought them elsewhere, they only wanted to refund o$75, their cost price and I would have to send them back the IOU first!! After all the lies and aggravations I endured, they had the guts not to trust me with the $75 , they want to have the IOU in hands so I could fight again to get my check!! My advice: avoid this dealership!! More

I am young and I look even younger, but for me there is no explanation to makes people feel like nothing. I have been intimidated, in addition he said “get out of my house”, " you can't come inside!". This is unacceptable! I think that he should not work with people, because he does not care about humans, about other's dignity and he behaves like he is better than clients because he is manager. At the beginning I thought that this is great place to buy a car, know I hope I will never come back to this dealership because I do not want to see this person never again. Because of him I experienced humiliation. Baying a car cost me lot of nerves ! No one told me more lies as Mr. Phil did. Dealership is great place until they push you away with car and suddenly it will comes out that in fact they can not give you what they promised you during signing a contract. I just want to worn people : read everything carefully and NEVER believe what dealer is saying, you have to have everything on paper! I am just wondering how it is possible they hired such a impolite, rude, greedy and unmannerly person. After all this situation he does not even apologize me and my husband. More
