Great on sales, NOT Service I leased a brand new 2016 Mazda 3 from this dealership. I drove it off the lot with 8 miles. After 500 miles two tires went flat at the same time. I leased a brand new 2016 Mazda 3 from this dealership. I drove it off the lot with 8 miles. After 500 miles two tires went flat at the same time. I took the car to another Mazda dealer and had to replace them. They were not punctured. The dealer told me these tires had markings on the inside and were clearly damaged tires. Wayne Mazda took no responsibility. I later found out that Wayne Mazda settled a law suit for $135,000 with New Jersey's Division of Consumer affairs in 2015. The lawsuit alleged false advertising practices and their failure to disclose vehicle damage. I have no issues with the salesman. More

Christian was incredibly helpful and professional with any questions I had a great car leasing experience this past weekend (5/14/16) at Wayne Mazda. Christian was incredibly helpful and professional with any questions I had. He was honest and I never felt pressured at all during the whole experience. He followed up after my first visit and understood the qualities I wanted in the car as well as finances. I dread the car buying experience, but Christian made me and my family feel comfortable from the get go. I also had a good experience with Junior and he made the finance part of the experience as easy and straight forward as it could be. Both employees were very easy to deal with and professional. I would definitely recommend Mazda of Wayne to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. More
