I was in need of a car and searched cars and dealerships on the web. Wayne Mazda is fairly local and I've been there with my previous car for service. I went to look on their lot for cars and happened to ask a salesman a few questions. His name was Ifthekar Hussain. It was his first week there! He answered all of my questions, and when he wasn't sure of the answer, he found out from a colleague. He was very pleasant and appeared genuinely interested in helping me select the right vehicle for both my needs and wallet. I came back to the dealership 2 weeks later to purchase a vehicle and asked for Ifthekar. He was friendly, helpful and, most importantly, was concerned with my needs. He took the time to show me the various cars, explained what the difference were and spent a great deal of time making sure I felt confident. I never felt pressured by him.
