As a 1st time leaser Mazda made my experience pleasant, quick and they offered me a great deal, most of all they got me off a car that I didn't want anymore and got me into a 2016 Mazda6, which I'm in LOVE with. Henry the sales person was great, he was pleasant even though we got there 30 minutes before closing time and it was brick cold out. He took the time to assist us and reached out to his manager Omar who also was great and straight up honest with us on the options we had and what worked best for us. Overall we were happy and satisfied with the service provided by Henry, Omar and Junior :) Thank You Wayne Mazda Team for making this experience a Great One! More

Incredible Car Buying Experience I worked with Shawn, Christian and Gregg on an out-of-state deal, Living in NH, I found a car at Wayne Mazda online which met all of my needs. Shawn I worked with Shawn, Christian and Gregg on an out-of-state deal, Living in NH, I found a car at Wayne Mazda online which met all of my needs. Shawn and Christian worked with me as though I were a customer walking through their door even though all of our dealings were via email and phone. The team made sure the car was described accurately and the cost and all fees were laid out clearly before I stepped on a plane to NJ to buy the car site unseen. When I arrived, the car was waiting outside the front door for me with my name on it. Christian and Shawn greeted me right away and I was able to take a test drive and get a good look at the car for the first time. It was even better than described on the phone. My experience with Greg in the business office was also great. The team had already prepped much of the paper work and were able to get me out the door quickly so I could drive my new car back to NH. I have to admit to looking in the rearview mirror a few times as I felt I got an incredible deal on the car... a steal (not something you often hear when buying from a dealership). I had been looking for this car for over a month and I could not get anywhere near this deal near my home which made the trip more than worthwhile. A huge thank you to the Wayne team of Shawn, Christian and Greg for being honest, allaying my concerns at buying a car I had not yet seen...and making it a fast and fun experience I won't soon forget. He sold me a CX-7 a couple of years ago and the minute he saw me he came up to me and welcomed me back. I told him I was interested in getting another car but wasn't exactly sure which type. We sat down for a while and started talking about everything (family, kids). I ended up test driving a Mazda 6 and feel in love with it.
