Outstanding Buying Experience Wayne Mazda provided an exemplary car buying experience for us. Our whole experience, from initial emails/phone calls, through the negotiation and fin Wayne Mazda provided an exemplary car buying experience for us. Our whole experience, from initial emails/phone calls, through the negotiation and financing stages, was favorable. The sales, management, and finance personnel that helped us were polite, informative, accommodating, and flexible. The negotiation did not take up our entire day and was not stressful as this process often can be. Their vast inventory meant that the car we wanted was on the lot ready for us to drive home. The facilities are clean, bright, and welcoming, with coffee and snacks readily available. We visited two other dealerships and were not treated nearly as well, and their showrooms & offices were a mess by comparison. I highly recommend Wayne Mazda for its staff, selection, and space. It stands head & shoulders above other Mazda dealerships in the area. More
