Positive Experience I recently purchased a car from Wayne Mazda with the assistance of salesman Bob Singleton. I had no intention of buying a new car but Bob worked hard I recently purchased a car from Wayne Mazda with the assistance of salesman Bob Singleton. A great experience I was in the market for a car for my daughter who wil be getting her license in a few weeks. Mike was great from start to finish. Before we even star I was in the market for a car for my daughter who wil be getting her license in a few weeks. Mike was great from start to finish. Bait and switch Horrible experience. I had high expectations before visiting this dealer because my father has purchased two cars from here . After my experience and Horrible experience. I had high expectations before visiting this dealer because my father has purchased two cars from here . After my experience and him witnessing what we went through the day of my visit it's almost unreal. Long story short being a first time car dealer I knew not to come alone especially since they are known for " bait and switch" and this is exactly what they did. After hours spent going over prices and leaving the dealership because they didn't have what I was looking for. I got a call two minutes later saying they will help me out and give me what I want in my price range. As I'm Walking out into the lot to go test drive the car I originally wanted the sales woman tells me.. no the prices are for a different model ( a cheap model ) after hours wasted and even leaving and coming back i was lied to once again. I left the dealership and ended up buying a Ford Fusion from Wayne ford and couldn't be happier :) More

Fast, efficient, fair I bought a Mazda 3 from Wayne Mazda and travelled from Westchester County, New York to do so. Wayne had by far the largest selection in the region, an I bought a Mazda 3 from Wayne Mazda and travelled from Westchester County, New York to do so. Wayne had by far the largest selection in the region, and had the model with the 2.5 liter engine and grand touring package I wanted, which dealers closer to home did not. Salesman Manny Navarro produced the exact model I wanted for a test drive, clearly explained the car's many features, and then negotiated a good deal for me. The whole process took just an hour, and I drove off with the car the next day. A painless and very professional experience--and I love the car. More

He worked with me to figure out which car and model was best to fit my needs. He gave me the real info I needed on what features each model had and really helped me make my decision easy and fast. I can't thank him enough for the great customer service and helping get me the best deal I could on my mazda cx-5.
