Great experience working with Ashley at Wayne Mazda My Hyundai got totaled about a month ago. Now being on the market for a new car I stopped in this dealer a couple days later because I was debating be My Hyundai got totaled about a month ago. I met with Ashley and she gave me genuine differences between the Impreza and the Mazda 3 without bashing the competition, which I appreciated. I left and Ashley kept in contact while I dealt with insurances. During that time frame I visited other dealers and none really compared to the genuine customer service of Wayne. When I returned a month later to buy with Ashley finding a price we both agreed upon was easy and painless. The sales manager Shaun was incredibly helpful, especially with the financing department. Overall a great experience. If you want a genuine car buying experience with no high pressure sales tactics look for Ashley and Shaun. Ashley was Awesome When we first arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Ashley. We felt very comfortable the whole way thru the process as we were never rushed. It was our first experience buying a new car and we genuinely felt at ease with her. If more sales people were like her the industry wouldn't have a bad as rap as it often does. The dealership didn't have the car we wanted in stock as we wanted the new CX-3 in dynamic blue and she happily ordered on for us. After leaving a small deposit we received the car in just one week. The deposit was credited to back to my account in just under 10 days from pickup. Everything went smoothly. We definitely plan on purchasing our next car from her in the spring. If you're in the market for a new Mazda you couldn't do better than Wayne Mazda with Ashley as your salesperson. More
